Description
Here's my take on Conan the Barbarian. I've always been a fan of the books and movies, but I think what I enjoyed most was the Conan art by Frank Frazetta. He captured an atmosphere in his images that seemed ancient and exciting.
With this piece I really wanted to paint something similar to his work, but still make it my own.
Image took about 6 hours to complete using cs2 and intuos.
